6. Digital Lease

Check your mail: Complete the remaining details and sign your lease.

7. Pay the deposit

Your deposit reserves your apartment. Once paid, send us your POP

8. Your lease is complete!

Receive counter signed Lease & your lease is now binding

9. Key hand-over + Apartment inspection

On-site meet-up to complete inspections, load fingerprints and schedule your move in date.

This is completed prior to your lease commencement date.

10. Welcome pack: Check your mail

This pack contains info relating to: estate contacts, security, maintenance, fibre, prepaid electricity and house rules.
